Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair




1. Discharge the refrigerant from the system.
2. Remove the upper seal board and radiator grille.
3. Remove the undercover.

CAUTION:
- If moisture or foreign material enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign material out of the cycle.

4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
6. Charge the system and test its performance.

Condenser Installation Note
- When installing a new condenser, add SP-10 compressor oil through the high-pressure side of the A/C compressor.

Supplemental amount: 15 ml (15 cc, 0.5 fl oz)
