EGR Valve: Service and Repair
WARNING: Do not remove the EGR valve with the engine hot. Engine coolant in the EGR valve may badly burn or injure. Always remove and install the EGR valve when the engine is cold. 1.
Remove in the order indicated in the table.
2.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Engine Coolant Hose Removal NoteTo avoid engine coolant leakage, plug the engine coolant hose after disconnecting.
