Expansion Block/Orifice Tube: Service and Repair
1.
Drain the
refrigerant from the system.
2.
Remove cooler pipe No.5. (See REFRIGERANT LINES REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3.
Remove the orifice tube carefully to prevent it from breaking.
4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
5.
Recharge with
refrigerant.
6.
Perform the
refrigerant system performance test.
