Remove the IAT sensor.
Specification:

Measure the resistance of the sensor using an ohmmeter.

If not as specified, replace the IAT sensor.
Tightening torque :
7.9 - 11.7 N.m {80 - 120 kg.cm, 70 - 104 in.lb}
