Key Interlock Inspection
KEY INTERLOCK INSPECTION 1.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (engine off.)
2.
Shift the selector lever to the R position.
3.
Verify that the ignition key cannot be turned to the LOCK position.
4.
Shift the selector lever to the P position.
5.
Verify that the ignition key can be turned to the LOCK position.

If not as specified, inspect and repair as necessary.
