Component Inspection
1.
Disconnect the
EGR valve position sensor connector.
2.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the EGR valve and connect the vacuum pump to the EGR valve.
Specification:

Use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance between the terminals as shown in the table.

If not as specified, replace the EGR valve.
