Expansion Block/Orifice Tube: Service and Repair
ORIFICE TUBE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION 1.
Drain the
refrigerant from the system.
2.
Remove cooler pipe No.5.
3.
Remove the orifice tube carefully to prevent it from breaking.
4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
5.
Recharge with
refrigerant.
6.
Perform the
refrigerant system performance test.
