Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection
REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SWITCH INSPECTION 1.
Install the manifold gauge set.
2.
Disconnect the refrigerant pressure switch connector.
3.
Verify the high- and low-pressure side reading of manifold gauge.
4.
Check for continuity between terminals of the refrigerant pressure switch.

If not as specified, replace the refrigerant pressure switch.
