Cruise Control Servo Cable: Service and Repair

ACTUATOR CABLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION




1. Remove the actuator cable cap from the cruise actuator by pushing the tab and rotating the actuator cable cap counterclockwise.




2. Pull the actuator cable cap forward.




3. Remove the actuator cable from the cruise actuator.




4. Press the hooks of the bush, and remove it from the accelerator pedal.




5. Press the hooks of the grommet, and remove it from the dash lower panel.
6. Push the actuator cable through the dash lower panel to remove it.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
8. Adjust the actuator cable.
