Control Assembly: Testing and Inspection

CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT INSPECTION

1. Slide out the climate control unit with the connectors still connected.
2. Measure the voltage at each climate control unit terminal and refer to the terminal voltage list.

3. Disconnect the climate control unit connector before checking for continuity at terminal 2B and 2J.
- If not as specified, inspect the parts listed under "Inspection area" and the related wiring harnesses.
- If the parts and wiring harnesses are okay but the system still does not work properly, replace the climate control unit.
