CYLINDER HEAD DISASSEMBLY (I)





1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

Camshaft Pulley, VVT Actuator Disassembly Note
1. Before removing the VVT actuator, inspect the stopper pin.)

Caution: When removing the VVT actuator, use a rag so that oil does not get on other parts.





2. Hold the camshaft using a wrench on the cast hexagon as shown, and loosen the camshaft pulley lock bolt.

1. Loosen the camshaft cap bolts in two or three steps in the order shown.
