Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
CRANKSHAFT POSITION (CKP) SENSOR REPLACEMENT 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove the idler pulley bracket.
3.
Remove the dipstick pipe.
4.
Remove the CKP sensor.
5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
6.
Adjust the drive belt deflection.
