Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Remove the C-pillar trim panel.
2. Remove the D-pillar trim panel.




3. Remove the rear quarter window glass.
1. Remove the nuts.
2. Remove the window glass.




4. Remove the excess foam butyl from the rear quarter window opening.

Installation






NOTE: When applying foam butyl, leave a slight overlap at the rear of the window opening to allow drainage.

1. Apply foam butyl to the rear quarter window opening.






NOTE: Loosely install the nuts before tightening

2. Install the rear quarter window glass.
1. Tighten the nuts in the sequence shown.

3. Install the D-pillar trim panel.
4. Install the C-pillar trim panel.
