Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

4WABS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the three hydraulic unit mounting bolts.
Tightening torque 7 - 9 Nm (71 - 92 kgf-cm, 63 - 79 inch lbs.)
3. Disconnect the two electrical connectors.
4. Remove the 4 bolts and control module.
Tightening torque 1 - 2 Nm (10.2 - 20 kgf-cm, 9 - 17 inch lbs.)





5. Install in reverse order of removal.
6. Reprogram 4WABS control module.
