Power Sliding Door (PSD) Drive Module

POWER SLIDING DOOR (PSD) DRIVE MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the rear side trim.
2. Remove the woofer. (LH only)
3. Remove the rear A/C unit. (RH only).




4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Cable Removal Note




1. While pulling the front pulley cable fully, pull the adjustment hook.
2. Open the sliding door.
3. While slightly lifting up the sliding door, remove the cables from the center roller.

Cable Installation Note




1. Draw the cables outside of the compartment by passing them through the pulley installation holes, then install the pulleys.
2. Install the cable ends to the center roller.
3. While pulling the front pulley cable fully, insert the adjustment hook.
