AIR CONDITIONING (A/C) COMPRESSOR BRACKET

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT - 2.OL ZETEC or ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT - 3.OL DURATEC (4V).




2. Disconnect the A/C clutch field coil electrical connector.




3. Remove the bolts and position the A/C compressor aside.




4. Remove the nuts, the bolts, and the A/C compressor bracket.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
