Flex Plate

^ Tighten the flex plate bolts in the sequence shown in two stages.
Stage 1: Tighten the bolts to 13 Nm (1.3 kgf-cm, 10 ft. lbs.}.
Stage 2: Tighten the bolts to 71 Nm {7.1 kgf-cm, 52 ft. lbs.}.
