Note:
^ Camshaft journals must be within specifications before checking runout.

1. Use a Dial Indicator with Bracketry to measure the camshaft runout.
(1) Rotate the camshaft and subtract the lowest indicator reading from the highest indicator reading.
(2) Refer to SPECIFICATIONS.
(3) If it is out of specification, install new components as necessary.
