Water Pump: Service and Repair
WATER PUMP-2.0L ZETECRemoval and Installation 1.
Drain the engine
cooling system.
2.
Remove the right front tire assembly.
3.
Remove the splash shield.
4.
Remove the accessory drive belt.
5.
Remove the water pump pulley.
6.
Remove the four bolts and the water pump.
Note: ^
Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.
7.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
