Tightening Torque and Sequence

Cylinder Head

Install the new bolts.
Tighten the bolts in four steps in the sequence shown.
Stage 1 Tighten to 80 Nm (8.2 kgf-m, 59 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2 Loosen the bolts one full turn.
Stage 3 Tighten to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
Stage 4 Tighten to 92 Nm (68 ft. lbs.)

Crankshaft Pulley

Flexplate

Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern.

Flywheel

Install the six bolts. Tighten the bolts is a criss-cross pattern.
