Back Window Glass: Service and Repair

WINDOW GLASS, REAR REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

NOTE: This procedure is for both stationary and sliding glass windows.

1. Remove the lower back trim.
2. Remove the headliner.




3. Remove the 8 nuts.
4. Remove the rear window glass.
5. Install the rear window glass (1).
6. Tighten the 8 nuts (2).

Tightening torque: 2N.m {20kgf.cm, 18in.lbf}

7. Clean the area around the rear window glass.
- Test the rear window glass for water leaks.

8. Install the headliner.
9. Install the lower back trim.
