Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in two stages.
Stage 1 Tighten the bolts to 13 Nm (1.3 kgf-m,10 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2 Tighten the bolts to 71 Nm (7.1 kgf-m, 52 ft. lbs.)
