Engine Oil: Testing and Inspection

ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION
1. Position the vehicle on level ground.
2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
3. Wait for five minutes.
4. Remove the dipstick and inspect oil level and condition.
5. Verify that the oil level is within the MAX and MIN marks on the dipstick.
- Add or replace oil if necessary.
