SMART JUNCTION BOX (SJB)

CAUTION:

Removal and Installation
- Prior to the removal of the SJB, it is necessary to upload module configuration information to a diagnostic tool. Once installed this information needs to be downloaded into the SJB. See MODULE CONFIGURATION.

1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the right side and top of the floor console as needed to access the SJB. See FLOOR CONSOLE - HIGH SERIES.
3. Disconnect the five electrical connectors.
4. Remove the retaining screw.
5. Remove the SJB from the vehicle.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Once the SJB is installed, it is necessary to download the module configuration information from the WDS or equivalent Tester into the new module. See MODULE CONFIGURATION.
