POWER STEERING HOSE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

Removal

Installation

Caution:
^ While repairing the power steering system, care should be taken to prevent the entry of contaminants or premature failure of the power steering components can result.

Note:
^ When connecting a fitting with a seal ring, a new seal must be installed.





1. Use Seal Replacer Set 211-D027 (D90P-3517-A) or equivalent to install the return line connector seal and the pressure line connector seal.
Tightening torque 48 Nm (4.9 kgf.m, 35 ft. lbs.)
^ Fill and leak check the system.
