Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair
MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR/BOOST AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/ INSTALLATION [L3 WITH TC]1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the charge air cooler cover.
3. Disconnect the MAP sensor connector.
4. Remove MAP sensor from the intake manifold.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque: 5-7 N.m {51-71 kgf.cm, 45-61 in.lbf}
