PINPOINT TEST 5: HEATED EXTERIOR MIRROR IS INOPERATIVE

Step 1 - 5:

Normal Operation
When the rear window defrost is ON, the heated exterior mirrors receive voltage from the rear window defrost relay through circuit (DG/V) and ground through circuit (B).

Possible Causes
- circuit (B) open
- circuit (DG/V) open
- exterior rear view mirror glass
- rear window defrost system
- smart junction box (SJB)
