BRAKE SYSTEMThe brake system has the following components:
^ fixed position foot pedal
^ vacuum-assisted power brake booster
^ front-to-rear split hydraulic system
^ front disc brakes utilizing a single piston floating brake caliper
^ rear drum brake system (base brake system)
^ rear disc brakes utilizing a single piston floating brake caliper (4-wheel disc brake system)
^ mechanical parking brake system utilizing the rear drum brakes (base brake system)
^ mechanical parking brake system utilizing a drum-in-hat within the rear disc brakes (4-wheel disc brake system)
^ 4-wheel anti-lock brake system (4WABS).
