PARKING BRAKE CONTROL

Removal and Installation





1. Apply the parking brake control.





2. Remove the parking brake control boot.
^ Press inward at the base of the parking brake control boot to release the clips.
^ Pull the parking brake control up and over the parking brake control handle.
3. Release the parking brake control.





4. Disconnect the parking brake warning indicator switch electrical connector.





5. Remove the parking brake cable adjusting nut.





6. Remove the parking brake control.
^ Remove the bolts.
^ Remove the front parking brake cable.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Adjust the front parking brake cable.
