EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[L3 WITH TC]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the charge air cooler duct.
3. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.
4. Remove the air hose and air duct.
5. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT[L3 WITH TC).)
6. Remove in the order indicated in the table.




7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
