INTAKE AIR COMPONENT LOCATIONS

Air Intake Component Locations:

The air induction system supplies filtered air to the engine to mix with the fuel for combustion purposes. The air induction system consists of:
- the engine air cleaner.
- the air cleaner element
- the air cleaner outlet tube
- the mass air flow (MAF) sensor
- the throttle body
- the intake plenum

The engine air cleaner:
- is chemically treated, pleated paper.
- filters the engine intake air.
