Transfer Case Mount: Service and Repair

TRANSFER CASE DAMPER REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the four bolts and the damper.





Note:
- If new bolts are not available, coat the threads of the used bolts with a loctite-type sealant.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
