Pinpoint Test 7: Flash Code 2 - Stoplamp Switch Circuit Failure

Pinpoint Test 7: Flash Code 2 - Stoplamp Switch Circuit Failure

Normal Operation
When the speed control actuator carries out the self-test, a voltage signal is sent through circuit (V/W). Circuit (V/W) carries the signal to the high mounted stoplamp, which then is routed to ground. If the signal fails to be grounded, flash code 2 is set by the speed control actuator.

Possible Causes
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- High mounted stoplamp
- Stoplamp switch
- Speed control actuator

Diagnostic Procedure
