Headlamp: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION






1. Remove the front bumper cover.

NOTE: Make sure that the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

2. Remove the 3 headlamp assembly bolts.
- To install, tighten to 4.8 N.m (0.4 kgf.m, 42 in.lbf).

3. Remove the headlamp assembly nut and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- To install, tighten to 4.8 N.m (0.4 kgf.m, 42 in.lbf).

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
