Rear Bumper: Service and Repair

REAR BUMPER - HITCH PLATE

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the rear bumper beam. See - Service and Repair.

2. Remove the rear bumper beam step cover.

- Disconnect the step cover from the rear bumper beam.

3. Remove the 2 hitch plate mounting bolts from the top of the rear bumper.

4. Remove the 2 hitch plate mounting bolts from the bottom of the hitch plate and remove the rear bumper hitch plate.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
