Shroud Upper Panel

SHROUD UPPER PANEL REMOVAL [PANEL REPLACEMENT]




1. Remove the shroud upper panel.

NOTE: When removing the shroud upper panel and the shroud side panel separately, drill the 3 locations indicated by (A).

SHROUD UPPER PANEL INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT]

1. When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.
2. Drill holes for the plug welding before installing the new parts.




3. After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

SHROUD PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION


1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the following parts.
1. Front bumper
2. Front combination lights
3. Front bumper reinforcement
4. Ambient temperature sensor
5. Crash zone sensor
6. Hood latch

3. Put the oil cooler aside.
4. Remove the front crossmember extension.
5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.






6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Upper Mount Rubber Bracket Removal Note






1. Remove the upper mount rubber bracket while pressing down the upper mount rubber bracket tab in the direction of the arrow.
