SIRIUS RADIO AND NAVIGATION CONCERNS

2009 Tribute Hybrid built on or before March 8, 2010 and equipped with Sirius Radio with Navigation


DESCRIPTION

Some vehicles may exhibit repeated traffic incident warnings every 2 minutes in some areas, VIN number displayed in the Navigation system does not match the vehicle's VIN and Juke box can not delete or shuffle songs.


REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Verify customer concern.

2. Order upgrade kit FCS-21 099-KIT from MStore (free of charge). This kit includes:

a. 1 CD - FCS-21 099-CD

b. 1 DVD - FCS-21099-DVD

c. 1 Instruction Sheet - FCS-21 099-INS

3. Update the Navigation system using FCS-21 099-KIT.

NOTE: The upgrade kits are reusable, only one per dealer is needed. If additional kits are needed, please order them from MStore.

4. Verify repair.
