EGR Tube: Service and Repair
EGR PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3 WITH TC]
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement
2. Remove the battery and battery tray. Removal and Replacement
3. Remove the charge air cooler duct.
4. Remove the following parts. Service and Repair
- Fresh-air duct
- Air cleaner
- Charge air cooler
- Air hose
- Air duct
5. Set the throttle body out of the way. Service and Repair
6. Remove the EGR pipe.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
