Engine Disassembly/Assembly

ENGINE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY [LF]

1. Remove the transmission from the engine. Transmission Removal/Installation - M15M-D Transmission Removal/Installation - P66M-D Automatic Transmission Removal/Installation - SJ6A-EL

2. Remove the following parts:
a. The clutch unit (MT) Service and Repair

b. The ignition coil Service and Repair

c. The CMP sensor Service and Repair

d. The power steering oil pump Removal and Replacement

e. The fuel distributor and fuel injector Service and Repair

f. The intake-air system Service and Repair

g. The exhaust system Service and Repair

h. The CKP sensor Service and Repair

3. Remove the drive belt auto tensioner.

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
