Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair




DOOR QUARTER GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Position the door glass so that the distance between the top of the front door glass and top of the front beltline molding is 110 mm {4.33 in}.






2. Remove the battery cover.

3. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

4. Remove the door trim. Removal and Replacement

5. Remove the door module panel. Door Module Panel Removal/Installation

6. Remove the door glass. Service and Repair

7. Remove the power window regulator. Removal and Replacement

8. Remove the nut and bolt, then remove the door glass guide.






9. Remove the nuts, then remove the door quarter glass.






10. Install in the reverse order of removal.

1. Adjust the adjustment bolt as shown in the figure.
