Fuel Pump Ballast Resistor: Service and Repair

FUEL PUMP RESISTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3 WITH TC]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

2. Remove the air cleaner. Service and Repair

3. Disconnect the fuel pump resistor connector.






4. Remove in the fuel pump resistor.

5. Install in the order as shown in the figure.






Tightening torque
- 4.2-6.2 Nm {43-63 kgf-cm, 38-54 in-lbf}

6. Connect the fuel pump resistor connector.
