Rear Washer Hose Removal/Installation
REAR WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the mudguard (RH).
3. Disconnect rear washer hose A from the washer tank.
4. Remove rear washer hose A from clip A.
5. Disconnect joint pipe A and remove rear washer hose A.
6. Remove the following parts:
a. Console panel Console Panel Removal/Installation
b. Console Console Removal/Installation
c. Front scuff plate inner Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation
d. Front side trim Front Side Trim Removal/Installation
e. Dashboard under cover
f. Glove compartment Service and Repair
g. Hood release lever Service and Repair
h. Lower panel Lower Panel Removal/Installation
i. Decoration panel Decoration Panel Removal/Installation
j. Center panel Center Panel Removal/Installation
k. Audio unit Audio Unit Removal/Installation
l. Climate control unit Full-Auto Air Conditioner Manual Air Conditioner
m. Knee bolster Knee Bolster Removal/Installation
n. Meter hood Meter Hood Removal/Installation
o. Column cover Service and Repair
p. Instrument cluster Removal and Replacement
q. Driver-side air bag module Driver-Side Air Bag Module Removal/Installation
r. Steering wheel Service and Repair
s. Combination switch Removal and Replacement

u. A-pillar lower trim A-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation
v. A-pillar trim A-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation

7. Disconnect joint pipe B and remove rear washer hose B.
8. Disconnect joint pipe C and remove rear washer hose C.
9. Remove rear washer hose C from clips B.
10. Disconnect joint pipe D and remove rear washer hose C.
11. Detach clips B.
12. Remove the following parts:
a. Rear scuff plate inner Rear Scuff Plate Removal/Installation
b. B-pillar lower trim B-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation
c. Front seat belt upper anchor installation bolt Front Seat Belt Removal/Installation
d. B-pillar upper trim B-Pillar Upper Trim Removal/Installation
e. Rear seat Rear Seat Removal/Installation
f. Sub trunk box Sub Trunk Box Removal/Installation
g. Trunk end trim Trunk End Trim Removal/Installation
h. Trunk side trim
i. C-pillar trim C-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation
j. D-pillar trim D-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation
k. Map light Service and Repair
l. Sunvisor Service and Repair
m. Assist handle Service and Repair
13. Disconnect joint pipe E.
14. Remove the headliner. Service and Repair
15. Remove rear washer hose D from clips C and D.
16. Cut the urethane of the headliner and remove the tape and rear washer hose D.
NOTE:
- After installing the rear washer hose, reinforce the urethane that was cut when removing.
17. Remove rear washer hose E from the rear washer nozzle.
18. Install in the reverse order of removal.
