DSC/RSC SENSOR INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE

WARNING:
- Unless the initialization procedure of the DSC/RSC HU/CM is completed, the DSC/RSC will not operate, causing an unexpected accident. Therefore, always perform the initialization procedure to ensure DSC/RSC operation if the DSC/RSC HU/CM or SAS control module have been removed or replaced.

1. Inspect the wheel alignment and inflation pressure.

- If there is any malfunction, adjust the applicable part.

2. Park the vehicle on level ground.

3. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

4. Connect the M-MDS (IDS) to the DLC-2.






5. After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the IDS.

- Select "Chassis".
- Select "ABS/DSC".
- Select "Sensor Initialization".

6. Perform the initialization according to the directions on the screen.
