1. Evaporator core installation
1. Models with auto A/C
1) Install the evaporator core to the heater evaporator unit case.
Caution
- Do not damage the evaporator core.
2) Install the evaporator temperature sensor to the evaporator core.

3) Install the expansion valve to the evaporator core.
Caution
- Do not reuse the O-ring.
Tightening torque: 3.5 N・m { 0.36 kgf・m / 31.0 lb・in }

2. Models with manual A/C
1) Install the evaporator core to the heater evaporator unit.
Caution
- Do not damage the evaporator core.
2) Install the evaporator temperature sensor to the evaporator core.

2. Heater evaporator unit case installation
1. Models with auto A/C
1) Install the heater evaporator unit case as a set with the evaporator core to the heater evaporator unit.

1) Install the heater evaporator unit case to the heater evaporator unit.

1) Install the heater core to the heater evaporator unit.
