1. Heater evaporator unit installation
1) Install the heater evaporator unit to the vehicle.
2. Blower installation
1) Install the blower to the heater evaporator unit and vehicle.
Tightening torque: 6.6 N・m { 0.7 kgf・m / 58 lb・in } Nut
Tightening torque: 1.3 N・m { 0.13 kgf・m / 11.5 lb・in } Screw

3. A/C hose connect
1) Connect the A/C hose to the heater evaporator unit.
Caution
- Apply compressor oil to the replacement O-rings.
- Do not reuse the O-ring.
2) Tighten the A/C hose and A/C pipe with the mounting bolts.
Tightening torque: 6.6 N・m { 0.7 kgf・m / 58 lb・in }

4. Heater hose connect
1) Connect the heater hose to the heater evaporator unit.

6. Coolant filling
Referring to the following, fill with engine coolant.
Refer to "1.Engine 1D.Cooling(4JJ3 with DPD) coolant replacement".

Refer to "1.Engine 1D.Cooling(RZ4E-TC) coolant replacement".
7. Refrigerant preparation
1) Fill refrigerant.

- Do not reuse refrigerant.
