1. Control panel and control lever inspection
1. Manual A/C on-vehicle inspection
1) Inspect whether air flow volume can be switched to the 4 levels between 1st and 4th when the fan speed control dial is operated.
2) Inspect the control lever for illumination when turning the lighting switch ON.
2. Manual A/C continuity inspection
1) Inspect the continuity between the switch side connector terminals using a DMM while operating the fan speed control dial.
