1. Introduction to the trouble diagnosis of body, cab, accessories

1. LED display test

The instrument panel cluster verifies that the system functions properly when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

If it is normal, the LED operates as follows.

1) The following illuminate when the ignition switch is in the ON position, and turn OFF after the engine is started.

  • Brake system warning
  • Engine oil pressure warning light
  • Malfunction indicator light (MIL)
  • Generator warning light
  • SVS indicator light

2) The following illuminate for a few seconds from when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, and then turn OFF.

  • Warning light and indicator light other than the above

2. Self-diagnosis function
