  2. Heater evaporator unit
  3. Mode actuator
  4. Mix actuator (Passenger side)
  5. Mix actuator (Driver side)
  6. Rear ventilation duct actuator
  7. Intake actuator

Actuator (Manual A/C)

Part name

  1. Blower
  2. Heater evaporator unit
  3. Mode actuator
  4. Mix actuator

2. Instrument panel removal

Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9L.Exterior, Interior Trim instrument panel removal".

3. Actuator removal

1. Models with auto A/C

1) Disconnect the connectors from the following actuators.

  • Mode actuator
  • Mix actuator (Passenger side)
  • Mix actuator (Driver side)
  • Rear ventilation duct actuator
  • Intake actuator

2) Remove the following actuators from the heater evaporator unit and blower.

  • Mode actuator
  • Mix actuator (Passenger side)
  • Mix actuator (Driver side)
  • Rear ventilation duct actuator
  • Intake actuator

2. Models with manual A/C

1) Remove the mode actuator and cover as a set from the heater evaporator unit.

2) Remove the mix actuator from the heater evaporator unit.
