2. Clutch disc installation
1. RZ4E
1) Clean the surface of the flywheel and clutch disc facing.
2) Install the clutch disc to the flywheel using the special tool.
Note
- Install the special tool to prevent the clutch disc from dropping.
SST: 5-8525-3001-0 - clutch pilot aligner

2. 4JJ3
1) Clean the surface of the flywheel and clutch disc facing.
2) Install the clutch disc to the flywheel using the special tool.
Note
- Install the special tool to prevent the clutch disc from dropping.

3. Clutch pressure plate installation
1. RZ4E
1) Clean the facing surface of the clutch pressure plate.
2) Install the clutch pressure plate to the clutch disc.
Note
- Install with the pressure plate aligned with the flywheel dowel pin.
3) Tighten evenly, a little at a time, in the order shown in the diagram.
Tightening torque: 18 N・m { 1.8 kgf・m / 13 lb・ft }
Legend
- Dowel pin (4 pcs.)
4) Remove special tool from the flywheel.
Caution
- Do not use a hammer, etc., to remove the special tool.
2. 4JJ3
1) Clean the facing surface of the clutch pressure plate.
2) Install the clutch pressure plate to the clutch disc.
Note
- Install with the pressure plate aligned with the flywheel dowel pin.
3) Tighten evenly, a little at a time, in the order shown in the diagram.
Tightening torque: 18 N・m { 1.8 kgf・m / 13 lb・ft }
Legend
- Dowel pin (3 pcs.)
4) Remove special tool from the flywheel.
Caution
- Do not use a hammer, etc., to remove the special tool.
