Cylinder block removal (4JJ3 with DPD)

4: 25 N・m { 2.5 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft }

5: 8.0 N・m { 0.8 kgf・m / 71 lb・in }

Refer to "1.Engine 1B.Mechanical(4JJ3 with DPD) crankshaft removal".

1) Remove the oil feed lower pipe from the cylinder block and oil cooler.

2) Remove the oil cooler and O-ring from the cylinder block.

1) Remove the ground cable clip from the left side engine foot.

2) Remove the left and right engine feet from the cylinder block.

1) Remove the fuel pipe bracket from the cylinder block.

2) Remove the cylinder block cover from the cylinder block.

1) Remove the piston oil jet from the cylinder block.
